Resolved -
We were unable to find a root cause originating in any of our infrastructure and users have reported that the issue has gone away.
We suspect that there may have been a downstream issue with internet peering caused by the current bad weather in Sydney and across NSW.
As a result we will now mark the issue as resolved

Investigating -
We are investigating a reported issue in our ANZ deployment of Remote Desktop Services where a number of users have reported their session freezing for several seconds then continuing to respond.
Users are not being disconnected however the issue is an annoyance vs an outage.
We are investigating the issue as we are not able to currently identify a root cause nor do we see anything in our infrastructure that could be causing this.
As soon as we have an update we will then update the status page
